Just realised how wonderful you really are to me, for like the millionth time.
And I'm not paying you for the recipe you will do so out of the goodness of your heart or I will threaten you with all sorts of horrendous things...
I have soo much to say about your ups and downs but mostly about your whole fasting dilemma. My dear, I don't believe doing something right for your spiritual life is spiritually dry and boring ad if you find that with fasting then just drop it coz its not of any benefit to you, God loves a cheerful givver and when you give him that sacrifice with a (looking forward to dinner) heart then it fails to have any significance. Your incence lacks the flavour it should. You loose the Abel touch as I call it. When its time to fast you'll know in your heart and you 'll have God's peace and joy in your heart even if your mind and body struggle..(disclaimer please not this is only my interpretation and not Gospel truth)
Personally I'm having a rediscovery time. You know how people say that when someone comes into your life adn really rubs you the wrong way....its sand paper?? Well I have some sandpaper in my life at the moment, her name is my intern Jackie. She really has been the test of my patience.its true when it says if you think you are standing be careful lest you fall well thats the situation. I was convinced I had become patient and through her God has shownn me great loopholes..
Since I last blogged I've gotten more into God's word which made me feel better and then fell out. i.e of the bible. God's gracious though I've got a really great piece of Literature Whats So Amazing About Grace by Max Lucado that book is really honest and true in soo many ways and critisises the christian walk where it need critism. Completely inspirational a recomended read.
I however have run out of what they call time and have to run away see you ASAP.
